As a self confessed sweet tooth I knew it wasn’t going to be easy.

The diet is far from boring and makes you feel less sluggish and tastes great! Training is exciting and brings quick results.
The Results
After only a few months I have lost 3 inches in waist size and put a couple on my chest. My belly has flattened off, my muscle mass is increasing and I feel so much more alert and energetic than ever before!
